I strongly feel that Hemlock is one of the best Vet clinics in the lower mainland. The staff have always been very professional, and the clinic very clean (this is not the case in many other vet clinics).

The vet  Dr. Gurmeet cared for my Nef very well. She taught me everything I needed to know about her new illness (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) and she was very realistic about how I should manage my expectations moving forward. And very reasonably priced too!

Dr. Harry and his staff have always been very welcoming and comforting to me and my two dogs Mickey and Tess but most of all knowledgeable when it comes to the care and treatment of Mickey and Tess.  I was first attracted to Hemlock Animal Hospital  by their extremely reasonable prices but then kept going back because they provided me with the confidence of knowing my dogs would always get the best of care when in the hands of Dr. Harry and his staff.  I am so pleased with Dr. Harry’s extremely reasonable exam fee and other fees and costs because it means I never hesitate to take Mickey and Tess in for even for the slightest of concerns.  This is a win-win for Mickey and Tess, my family and Hemlock Animal Hospital.  I wish more Veterinarians would take this approach!  There are many other reasons to choose Hemlock Animal Hospital like their flexible hours, the way they support our local SPCA and other animal charities and services.  I could go on but hope you find out for yourself and your pet(s) sake.

When kitten got a hold of and swallowed elastic like string that was wrapped around a roast,I called two emergency vet services before I thought I'd try Hemlock.They had already closed an hour prior to me calling but Dr Harry answered phone anyway.When I explained what had happened,he agreed this was a time sensitive matter and had to be dealt with before that string passed into her intestines.He made a special trip to the clinic just to help my Navi, and he did not leave until he was positive she should be alright to go home with me.I am so touched that someone would go above and beyond like that-I wish ALL Veterinarians employed such standards in their practice.

Myself Alice  and Navi love you folks for all  your hardwork and dedication, and would continue to come there!

The clinc brings together the correct balance of professional approach with warmth, caring and empathy. I find this from the assistants that greet you as well as the husband and wife vet team that focus on ensuring needs are met. Pricing very fair.
